A visceral example of twentieth-century political graphic design, struck to mark the conclusion of World War II and the collapse of the Nazi regime. The poster was published by Taller de Gráfica Popular (TGP), the printmaking collective that elevated cheap, low-cost utility paper into an internationally recognized vehicle for fine art expression and anti-fascist resistance. Given the ephemeral nature of these sheets—which were printed on thin, fragile paper stock meant for rapid outdoor postering or distribution within modest political portfolios—surviving copies are rare in any state.

The outer extremities show minor creases and small closed tears consistent with the delicate paper stock of the period, however, not affecting the central image area, which remains an exceptionally crisp, bright impression. Overall a desirable, very good copy.
