A small archive of printers proofs for covers designed by Nikolai Sedelnikov.Sedelnkikov (1905-1994) began working in the printing industry at the age of 16 and had a prolific career as a book designer within the state institutions of the Soviet Union spanning several decades.The present group represents the period which could be considered the peak of his creativity, as constructivist principals intertwine with strong typography and most importantly the use of accomplished photomontage.
A complete list of the titles is available upon request.One example has some creasing and minor soiling to the far edge not affecting the image, one has the corners clipped, else they remain in fine bright condition.
